Pipelines
Site surveys and further support
To make sure you have the correct, most effective and durable system in place, we have qualified engineers to survey all your structural and environmental needs. These field surveys form an intregal part of our system design and build. Our field services include:
Soil Resistivity Surveys:
We use the Wenner 4-Pin Method and electromagnetic geonics equipment for calculating pipeline route resistivity .
E- Log I Surveys:
We use either permanently installed impressed current transformer rectifiers and ground beds or temporary power sources and temporary ground beds.
AC Interference Surveys:
This is a detailed pipeline integrity survey measuring the effects of both the A.C. and D.C. interface. We can also carry out specialist surveys to collect site data for A.C. modeling.
Current Drainage Surveys:
We can provide these on new and old buried piping or tankage systems .
CIPS Surveys:
From close interval "ON" and "OFF" pipe to soil potential surveys using computerised data loggers and GPS type current interrupters.
Coating Surveys:
We use Pearson/Direct Current Voltage Gradient survey equipment.
